jiliasa Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jiliasa", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the jiliasa platform and its operating entity, accessible at jiliasa.app.
• "Platform" means the jiliasa website, mobile web application, all associated software, systems, and services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, eSabong, bingo, and account management features.
• "Player", "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who has registered and holds an active account on the jiliasa Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration with jiliasa.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance held in a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player through an approved payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by jiliasa prior to first withdrawal, consisting of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority responsible for gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering an Account, accessing the jiliasa Platform, or using any service provided by jiliasa, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the jiliasa Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jiliasa Platform and close your Account.

jiliasa reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email to your registered address or via a notification on the Platform. Your continued use of jiliasa following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and participation in real-money gaming on the jiliasa Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations and applies without exception. jiliasa will not knowingly allow any person below 21 years of age to register or maintain an Account.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register an Account with jiliasa, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
2. Be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform;
3. Provide a valid Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, DITO, or equivalent) for account verification;
4. Provide a valid email address to which you have exclusive access;
5. Provide accurate and truthful personal information including full legal name and date of birth as it appears on your government-issued identification;
6. Not be a person who has previously been excluded or banned from jiliasa or any related platform;
7. Not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of jiliasa or its affiliated entities.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold a maximum of one (1) jiliasa Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, or device profiles are used. jiliasa employs advanced duplicate account detection and will permanently suspend all related Accounts upon discovery, with all associated balances forfeited.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your jiliasa Account remains accurate and up to date at all times. jiliasa is not liable for any losses or service disruptions arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details, including a current Philippine mobile number for OTP delivery.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. jiliasa will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You agree to notify jiliasa's customer support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any suspected security breach. jiliasa recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure for all Accounts.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing the first withdrawal request from any Account, jiliasa is required to complete identity verification pursuant to applicable anti-money laundering and gaming regulations. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID);
• A selfie photograph of the Account holder holding the identification document;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., screenshot of GCash account registered in the same name).

KYC documents must clearly show the player's full name, date of birth, and photograph. jiliasa reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion, including for periodic account reviews.

4.3 Account Inactivity

An Account that shows no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be considered dormant. jiliasa may charge a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 against the dormant Account's Real Money Balance, provided the Account contains a positive balance. jiliasa will provide email notice to the registered address prior to applying any dormancy fee. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed at jiliasa's discretion after the inactivity period.

jiliasa accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven (via electronic payment terminal), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change without prior notice.

5.1 Deposit Requirements

• All deposits to jiliasa must originate from a payment account registered exclusively in the Player's name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash, Maya, and 7-Eleven transactions. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may differ and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet upon confirmation of receipt by jiliasa. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant; bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• jiliasa does not accept deposits in cash or via any unlisted payment method.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on the jiliasa Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20), conversion to PHP is applied at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of deposit confirmation. jiliasa is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.3 Transaction Limits

jiliasa may apply minimum and maximum transaction limits based on payment method, Account verification status, and applicable regulatory requirements. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change at jiliasa's discretion.

Withdrawal of Real Money Balances from jiliasa is subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC verification (see Section 4.2) is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request;
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method and the same account used to make the most recent qualifying deposit;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 for GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for bank transfers are ₱1,000;
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for amounts under ₱500,000 are processed within the same business day when submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST);
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days;
• jiliasa does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees imposed by the receiving payment provider are the responsibility of the Player;
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements can be withdrawn, subject to any maximum withdrawal limits stated in the specific promotion's terms.

jiliasa offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specifically overridden by the terms of a particular promotion:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements. This means that the Bonus Funds (or, in some cases, the total of Bonus Funds plus the qualifying deposit) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of related winnings can be requested. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms and is displayed on the jiliasa Promotions page.

7.2 Bonus Validity

All Bonus Funds and free spins are subject to a validity period from the time of credit to the Player's Account. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that are not wagered through in full within the validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice. The standard validity period is 30 days unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Restrictions

• A Player may not hold more than one active bonus of the same type concurrently unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable between Accounts;
• jiliasa reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from any Player at any time prior to the bonus being claimed;
• jiliasa reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where the Player is found to have abused the promotion, engaged in bonus exploitation strategies, or otherwise acted in a manner contrary to the spirit of the offer;
• Free spins are valid only on the specific game(s) stated in the relevant promotion.

7.4 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%) compared to slots (typically 100%). Specific game contribution rates are published in the jiliasa Promotions section.

The jiliasa Platform offers multiple categories of real-money gaming. All games are subject to both the general rules set out in these Terms & Conditions and any game-specific rules published within the Platform.

8.1 Game Integrity

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the jiliasa Platform are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent the statistical long-run average payout of each game and are applied at full-rate configuration on the jiliasa Platform.

Live dealer games are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming. These games are governed by the provider's own operating procedures and applicable European and Philippine gaming standards.

8.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure affecting a game session, jiliasa reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. Winnings generated during a provably malfunctioning game session are not payable. jiliasa's decision in such matters is final.

8.3 eSabong

eSabong (electronic cockfighting) is offered on the jiliasa Platform and is sourced exclusively from PAGCOR-licensed cockpit arena venues. eSabong bets are governed by the official rules of the event operator. jiliasa acts as a platform facilitating access to licensed eSabong events and is not the event organizer. Cancelled fights will result in the return of wagers to Players' Wallets.

8.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting at jiliasa is subject to additional Sports Betting Rules published on the Platform. In-play bets are final once confirmed by the system. jiliasa reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds due to data feed errors, regardless of whether the affected Player had already been notified of a win.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliasa Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registration by or use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Creating or operating more than one Account;
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses, exploiting technical errors, arbitrage wagering designed solely to reduce bonus wagering requirements;
• Engaging in any money laundering activity or using jiliasa for any transaction involving proceeds of crime;
• Charging back or reversing a completed deposit to jiliasa via a financial institution;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or any other Player's Account;
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively affects other Players' experience.

All intellectual property rights in and to the jiliasa Platform — including but not limited to the website, mobile web application, software, source code, design, graphics, logos, game content (where licensed from third-party providers), trademarks, and all other material — are the exclusive property of jiliasa or its respective licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliasa Platform solely for your personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform; remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from any part of the Platform; or use any data mining, scraping, or automated extraction tools against the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of jiliasa's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliasa's liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited as follows:

• jiliasa is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform;
• jiliasa is not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by telecommunications providers, internet service providers, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other events outside jiliasa's reasonable control;
• jiliasa is not liable for the failure of any third-party payment provider to process a deposit or withdrawal transaction;
• Where jiliasa's liability cannot be excluded by law, jiliasa's aggregate liability to any single Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits jiliasa's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

jiliasa is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure reminders at regular intervals to monitor time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Check: An on-screen notification displayed at set intervals showing session duration and net gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which the Account is temporarily suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the jiliasa Platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of five (5) years and will result in the immediate suspension of the Account and return of any Real Money Balance.

jiliasa strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Players who identify as having a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from professional support organizations. jiliasa also cooperates fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming program.

jiliasa collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy (accessible at jiliasa.app/privacy-policy) and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in jiliasa's Privacy Policy. Personal data collected by jiliasa includes but is not limited to: registration information, identity verification documents, transaction history, gaming activity records, device information, and communications with jiliasa support.

jiliasa will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except: (a) as required to process your transactions through approved payment providers; (b) as required by Philippine law, court order, or regulatory authority; (c) as described in the Privacy Policy. 14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jiliasa Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, jiliasa will process any pending withdrawal of eligible Real Money Balance prior to closing the Account. Account closure requests are subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

14.2 Termination by jiliasa

jiliasa reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or fraudulent personal information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction or court order;
• Account identified as belonging to a person under 21 years of age.

Upon termination for cause, jiliasa may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in the Account. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following investigation, subject to any applicable regulatory holds or legal obligations.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the jiliasa Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and jiliasa, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players should submit complaints in writing to jiliasa's support team. jiliasa will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Players located in the Philippines may also refer gaming-related disputes to PAGCOR's Complaints and Investigation Division.

jiliasa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jiliasa will provide notice through one or more of the following methods: an email to your registered address, a prominent notification on the jiliasa Platform, or a notice at the top of this page.

The amended Terms & Conditions shall become effective on the date stated in the notice. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the jiliasa Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions.

The current version of the jiliasa Terms & Conditions is always accessible at jiliasa.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
